Salesforce Mobile App + Cactusforce Lightning App
We are using the Salesforce mobile app to capture lead information from attendee badges. You will be given access to a dedicated org. Please keep an eye out for your "Welcome to Salesforce: Verify your account" email to finish the sign-up. The Cactusforce Lightning app offers a screen to scan QR codes. Upon a successful scan, a Lead record will be created for you. Make sure to provide us with the details of your Sponsor Booth Attendant!

Each company gets a 1 (one) user for the lead gen app login (can be shared with the team). Confirm with us who will be the 1 (one) lead gen app user for your company.
Generating a Lead
1. Tap the "Scan" item on the navigation bar to launch the Scan screen.
2. Tap the blue "Scan QR Code" button to begin scanning and then position the QR code within the view.
3. The QR code will be scanned when detected and a Lead record will be created.
4. Switch to the "Leads" item on the navigation bar to manage the Lead.
Downloading your Leads
The Salesforce Mobile app does not currently support exporting leads to your device. We have created a report named “Cactusforce Leads” that is available when signed into Salesforce from your desktop.
