Guidelines for Recruiters
We understand that attending events like this one are part of your strategy to find candidates. We welcome your participation and would like to ensure that it's mutually beneficial and that job seekers, potential clients or candidates are not subject to aggressive, high-pressure selling or spam.
Attending Events
The goal of our event is to focus on sharing knowledge about targeted topics associated to this group. We typically have time before and after presentations and during the event for members to network. Sponsorships are available for companies running a hiring campaign. We encourage open and casual conversations between job seekers, candidates, and those hiring and with open positions.
Sponsoring Community Group Meetings
Each group handles their own sponsors and collaboration efforts. Leaders are usually look for sponsorship for meeting venues and food. If you are interested in sponsoring regularly scheduled meetings, please contact groups leaders individually to figure out the best way to host or sponsor an event. Recruiters are encouraged to introduce themselves to leaders and organizers at meetings and events.
Job Postings
Job postings may be announced at a set some time before, during, or after meetings for members who are interested in hearing about new job opportunities. You may also promote current job openings in the Chatter Success Community most applicable to the job and in the Phoenix Salesforce Community Groups LinkedIn group.
