To grow Salesforce teams, you cannot always depend on finding Salesforce experienced individuals. You can add to your team using experience Object Oriented Programming (OOP) individuals (C#, Java, etc.) and seasoned JavaScript. This session will talk about strategies for recruiting, initial training, and incorporating them into your team.
