I'll be demonstrating how to update a multi-select picklist field with via Lightning Flow upon record create/update and after-save. I was recently challenged with solutioning this for the company I work for and let's just say it was super-fun :) In addition to this use case, the past couple of releases have granted us new Flow features that Users may not yet be familiar with and I can highlight these as well. A few being trigger-on-delete, scheduled flows, before-save triggered field updates and after-save trigger. These triggers save time, but they also have a big impact on performance because they only run when they need to.

How to use Flow to evaluate a text area for keywords and insert these values into a multi-select picklist for easy referencing
